3D Imaging Provides New Level of Care

Lawrence Dental Solutions is part of the dental forefront in providing 3D imaging through use of cone beam CT (Computerized Tomography) for our clients. This technology provides a whole new level of diagnostic capabilites in the jump from 2D x-rays to 3D imaging. Identifying pathology and infections, locating nerves, viewing sinuses and evaluating bone levels and density are some of the many benefits our clients can now have. Capturing these images also uses less radiation than a full mouth series of dental x-rays.

3D imaging is also of particular benefit for clients looking to replace missing teeth in the planning and treatment of dental implants. Through this technology, there is the capability of planning exactly where the final tooth (or teeth) will be placed and guiding the implant to this very position. The 3D imaging eliminates the guesswork and provides precise results in less appointment time! Needless to say we are very excited to have this resource available for our clients!
