About Les Miller, D.D.S.
 Les Miller graduated from the
University of Kansas in
1969 and received his doctorate degree in dentistry from
the University of Missouri in 1973. Les practiced
dentistry in the USAF for two years before returning to
Lawrence in 1975.
He and his wife, Shirley, are
natives
of the Kansas City area and have made Lawrence
Kansas their
home since 1975. They have two grown children,
Kelly and Scott. Kelly is a research assistant in
biology at the University of Kansas, Scott is working
for an architectural design firm in Portland Oregon.
When Les is
not practicing dentistry or with his family, he likes to
photograph nature and create black and white photography
in his darkroom.
About The Team
Shirley Miller has been
in the dental field as long as Les. She brings her
creativity and help to make our practice outstanding.
Kathy Decker, our Office Coordinator, has enjoyed
being in the field of dentistry for the last twelve years.
Her greatest pleasure is helping clients find solutions
for their treatment, whether it be financial, or in
scheduling arrangements. "I love working with Les and
our team. It is fun to be in a practice that truly
puts clients first."
Anita Fetters,
treatment coordinator, has over 20 years of experience
in the dental field. Her passions include one-on-one
relationships with clients and sharing their excitement
as they celebrate their completed treatment.
Debby McCormack, our
Registered Dental Hygenist, B.S., has been involved in
the dental field 28 years, 15 years as a chair side
assistant and 13 years as a hygenist. For the past
7 years she has practiced in the field of periodontics. She is very focused on helping you maintain good oral
health. She has served on the Kansas Dental
Hygiene Board for 2 years and has helped establish periodontal programs in several offices.
Danijela Micevic,
treatment coordinator, has brought many smiles to our
client's faces. With over 4 years in the dental field,
she has the ability to help our client's feel relaxed
and well taken care of during their treatment.
Our team continually attends seminar and classes to keep
updated on the latest in dental procedures and
techniques.
Our
Office
Our facility is conveniently
located West of Dillon’s at 6th and Lawrence Avenue in
the 545 Columbia Building. Our close and ample parking
makes it easy for our patients. You will find our office
comfortable, quiet and tailored to your needs. We have
installed "state of the art" dental equipment to best
serve you. You will enjoy our "dental express" motif as
you step back in time surrounded by our train
memorabilia.
