Tooth Restorations with No More
Ugly and Harmful Mercury Fillings
Our High-Tech "Cerec" System Keeps Your Smile Looking Attractive And Natural... All With Just 1 Fast And Convenient Appointment
Statistics show that it's highly likely that you'll need a filling at some point in your lifetime.
But mercury fillings are ugly, and have been found to be harmful to your health!
What's the solution?
A miraculous new technology called "CEREC" Our new CEREC System means Chairside Economical Restorations of Esthetic Ceramic, and for you it means natural-looking porcelain veneer fillings, onlays and inlays with only 1 fast (and entertaining) appointment!
How does it work?
The CEREC System uses a 3-D camera that takes digital photos of your tooth that needs restoration. Then, CEREC sends information to its CAD/CAM software (Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacture), and a robot designs a precise tooth restoration right before your eyes!
You'll be amazed when watching the robotically controlled machine construct the porcelain crown or onlay to exact specifications in just minutes. You'll also be thrilled because you save precious time. The CEREC System eliminates the need for outside lab work and the need for wearing a temporary crown. A job that used to take weeks, now takes just 1 hour!
Perfect Teeth In 5 Easy Steps:
- Before treatment starts Les Miller will inform you about all the benefits of CEREC.
- The first step is to remove the dental carles and/or the existing filling. The CEREC measuring camera then takes a 3-dimensional photograph of your tooth.
- The contours of the ceramic restoration are designed on the computer monitor.
- CEREC automatically mills the restoration out of a tooth-colored ceramic block.
- Finally, the restoration is inserted into your tooth and polished. The finished ceramic restoration looks and feels exactly like natural dental enamel.
A CEREC Case Study:
This before and after case study is one we see one a daily basis. The before photo shows a mercury filling that is breaking down and leaking, which causes the tooth to look dark. It is also allowing bacteria to seep into the crevice between tooth and filling, which causes decay.
